About Katherine Sweeney

Katherine is a multi award-winning creative stylist who has been at the forefront of hairdressing for many years. Owner and Creative Director of PREEN, one of Dublin’s most successful and popular salons, Katherine started her career in London as a stylist before moving to Dublin to join TONI&GUY as Head of Education for their Irish salons. She was also responsible for their creative team, leading on the many shows and seminars they did in the UK and Ireland.

Katherine was the first hairdresser to be inducted into the Schwarzkopf Hall of Fame for winning Educator of the Year three years in a row. She has won a host of prestigious and much coveted hairdressing awards for her creative, educational and business acumen, which include:
